Doug Hall
RecruiterBoard Chair Committees: Facilitator Review / HireMy name is Douglas Hall. I am originally from Dayton, Ohio, and reside in Vincennes, Indiana. I am Staff Sergeant in the Indiana Army National Guard, where I serve as a recruiter for Knox, Pike, and Gibson Counties. Before my current assignment, I was an Infantry Marine, where I deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Morocco. My career has revolved around leadership and taking care of others. I wanted to utilize my military experience to build a business, but I was missing the overall business acumen to be successful. I pursued and earned an MBA from Indiana State University in May 2023. I am involved with the CEO program because of the skills and experiences the students are exposed to. The program teaches business skills yes, but more importantly teamwork, dealing with adversity, time management, and conflict resolution. These experiences are invaluable to their education and growth as young people. The process of their development creates a great sense of pride for me. In the rare moments, I have free time, I love spending it with my children, playing football or bass fishing.

Amy Stough
PrincipalSecretary Committees: Facilitator Review / Hire, School CoordinatorMy name is Amy Stough and I am the principal of Princeton Community High School. I have been in education for a total of 25 years - 12 years as a special education teacher and 13 years as a building-level administrator. Throughout my tenure as a high school administrator, I have become greatly interested in the Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways available for secondary students. CEO is a unique learning experience where students are taken out of the traditional classroom setting and provided real world opportunities in the entrepreneurship profession. It is also a community-based partnership with local businesses, mentors, and experiences. Who wouldn't want to be involved in that?!?
